Hello!

I am so pleased to welcome you to Baby Bonding with Sarah. I’ve worked with children for over eighteen years, starting my journey as a Nursery Nurse, caring for and supporting little ones. I hold an NVQ Diploma Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning, and Development, and for the past five years, I’ve worked at St Paul’s Primary School, Winchmore Hill; three of those as a Teaching Assistant in reception, helping young children settle into school life and grow in confidence. Most recently, I’ve gained a qualification in baby massage, allowing me to combine my experience with my passion for supporting parents and their little ones.

As a mum of two, I know just how special those early days are. I loved taking my own children to baby classes - bonding with them, learning new skills, and making friendships along the way. That’s why I have created a warm and welcoming space, within Winchmore Hill, where parents and carers can relax, connect, and enjoy quality time with their babies through the magic of massage.

Each session is designed to be calming, supportive, and beneficial for both you and your baby, helping with development, relaxation, and strengthening your bond. I’m excited to share this beautiful experience and welcome you to my classes!

Baby Massage Course

5 Sessions of 1 hour classes.
The next course starts: 14th January 2026
Wednesdays at 10.30am at Baby Bonding With Sarah, Brackendale, Winchmore Hill, N21.
£70 for the course of 5 sessions - includes:
A bottle of organic, cold pressed, sunflower oil
Handouts with all the strokes practised
Time to chat with the group with tea and cake.

For parents and babies that have completed the 5 week course.
£14 a class or £60 for a block booking of 5 classes.

Coming Soon - Giggly Goose’s Sensory Story Time

A story-based, sensory class for babies aged 6 to 18 months.
Each week we will bring a favourite children’s book to life with expression, sensory play, texture and movement. Little ones are encouraged to explore at their own pace - discovering soft fabrics, puppets and playful props.
As an experienced early years practitioner, I have designed each class to be calm and nurturing, supporting your baby’s early development, language and curiosity while strengthening your special bond.
